The LKS F1 17, on the other hand, the P+Q has been developed especially for high-capacity freight elevator applications with a total load capacity of up to 20,000 kg and a declared speed of up to 1.6 m/s.

Heat Treatment Spring Steel & Wear Resistance

The special heat-treated spring steel supported structure used in the products provides the mechanism with a strong and durable infrastructure under high loads. The gripping and stopping surfaces of the safety device have undergone special heat treatment. Thanks to this process, high wear resistance and long service life are aimed at working surfaces.

Bi-Directional Balanced Grip Structure

The two-way clutch structure ensures a balanced distribution of the braking force on the guide rail. In this way, the system works in such a way as to minimize strain on the guide rail and cab carcass while stopping high loads in a controlled manner. This ensures a safe and balanced braking performance even at high carrying capacities.

Steel Shafts & Integrated Power Transmission

Steel shafts were used in the system to ensure smooth movement of the mechanism with low friction. The force lever and power transmission mechanism are designed integrated with the product. Especially in high-tonnage applications, this structure makes it easier for the speed regulator to trigger the mechanism by allowing the movement and force necessary for the safety device to be activated more effectively.

K+ 7mm Working Gap & Traceability

The system is designed on the basis of K (guide rail head width) + 7 mm working clearance. This operating range allows the mechanism to be precisely positioned relative to the guide rail during assembly and to make the necessary adjustments. Each product is manufactured in a traceable way with a serial number in order to ensure production and quality tracking.
